Very tight, hard hitting game so far. However, the Eagles appear to have the cleaner possession when they've had possession, just haven't put that on the scoreboard more and should be up by more than 6 points. Norwood's defence doing a very good job.

Free to the Eagles 20 metres out on a 45 degree angle - and kicks truly, but free kick behind the play sees the goal annulled

not given, free kick behind play to Norwood. Where is Eagleton, he was Norwoods path to getting the premiership.

The Eagles' Travis Lane kicked a goal, but the goal was taken away after a free kick. Only two scores for the quarter are two points to the Eagles by Grocke and Allmond.
Eagles 2.4 (16) to Norwood 1.2 (8) at 8-minute mark of second term.

Eagles give away another undisciplined free but Norwood don't make the Eagles pay for it.

A point to Norwood's Matthew Davis. Eagles 2.4 (16) to Norwood's 1.3 (9) at 11-minute mark of second quarter. Dour struggle and a real arm wrestle. But so much riding on the result for both sides.
