Will be interesting selection for the Dogs this week!

Would think Central will get back one of Henderson or Gunston from the Crows.

Hynes is the other player who i think will come in if fit. His last game he held the Eagles full foward to 4 possesions and 1 goal, he is a definate project player who can be used at either end of the ground.

INS
Gunston or Henderson
Hynes

OUTS
Spurr (Injured)
Duncan- 7 possesion 3 frees against- i think he has lots of potential and will turn out to be a handy league player but probably had one of his poorest league games on the weekend. He tried his guts outs out but his skills and disposals were ordinary, dropped a couple of sitters and missed some easy targets. I think Hynes will get the nod as he plays a bit taller and is versatile in that he can play as a forward.

I actually think that this game will be a lot closer than many seem to think on here. North have been competitive in every match this year and cannot be taken lightly.
Having said that, I still predict Central.. by whatever margin Centurion says! ;)

By the way, are North supporters happier this year with their results than last year? They are likely to finish lower on the table but have been more competitive in their losses.

Yep definitely happier.
I you look at our side on paper this year compared to a similar time last year we're very undermanned but were now blooding a lot of kids who are having a real crack and once again playing some good footy in patches.
Ironically were losing games by less despite attacking more, it's because were going longer and more direct.
Still got to tidy up skills and get the kids to keep up their intensity for the entire match but that will come.
There is now light at the end of the tunnel.
Still some big questions over our recruiting but it could pay off eventually with more kids getting a run.
Would still like a clean out at the board and administrative level but one step at a time!
I almost stopped going to the footy in the Healy years but haven't missed one game (yet) and am enjoying watching North again.

Is that because you really think the Dogs will win by that much or because 4 + 5 = 9 ??? ;)

central will do what they norMALly do, they'll do enough to win & they'll win between 5-7 goals after coasting for the majority of the match

2 biggest forwards in the league, versus the smallest defenders. Gonna be ugly.

I'm a super model compared to those I watch the footy with.

Might venture down for the Cocks v Dogs at Prospect later on. Not scared of a good old thrashing, but I do get sick of hearing myself say "Oh Jesus".
