The heart will be there, but unfortunately the body won't be. :(

After running the numbers pass the Minister for War and Finance I can't justify the $3000+ and over 40 hours of travel time to fly over and back for the game, but I will continue to submit this private members bill again right up to the Friday afternoon dead line (US time) in an attempt to make the game.

In 1997 and 1999 I made the trip back from Canberra, however California is just a little bit to far East.

with a forecast temp. of about 25 degrees, there really should be a crowd of about 35,000 +, good drinking weather! Pop down to The Premiers Bar for a pre-match grog or 10 & say G'Day!! YOOOOOOOO 'DOGS!!!!!!!!

meet her half way.....fly back to australia & then swim back home :D ;)
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Sydney - In response to calls from SANFL fans, Sydney's Royal Exhibition Hotel will be broadcasting the GF in its rooftop bar!!

Perth - the SANFL Grand Final will be shown at the Odin Tavern, 51 Erindale Rd, Balcatta

Agreed. I made it back from England in 2002 for the prelim and grannie... money well spent! :-)
