Why do they have to make an immediate announcement?
Was anything resolved in regards to those two issues?

I think you will find that no one from North Adelaide had a case to answer with respect to Stirlingate..

I agree though that North need to elect new Board members. This year we all have to make sure that no one is intimidated by any threats from sponsors.

Thats nearly the opposite of what I've heard re the players thoughts

I'll think you will find the last few weeks where North ACTUALLY attacked more was player driven and brought on by them being pissed off with the negative crap they were playing ;) ;)

Surely the North Adelaide Board will not do what South Adelaide have done in the past and sack a coach because the players don't like him. The Board need to stay tough ... and the players need to concentrate on playing football; not politics.

I reckon it's the start of the end if they bow to the players wishes today. I'd hate to be the next coach.

Perhaps if they do sack him it might be for the simple reason that he can coach, not because the players told them to.
Easier to replace a coach that can't coach rather than players that can play.

Isn't there a Mark Williams who coached / coaches in the VFL - perhaps Sandrigham a few years ago through their successful era?

You wouldn't, hopefully we find one soon, it's been a long search since the Nunan years.

Now it is time for the rumours of who will be the new coach?

I am thinking a good time for a Ben Hart or a Scott Camppy to coach.
