Being an emergency for the crows and not named in the sturt side , does this mean that he doesn't play at all this week or is it an indication Dangerfield more than likely isn't playing.

It's an interesting one - you would think that the Crows would know about 2-3 hours before game time if Jaensch was required or not, so it would give him sufficient time to get back to Unley. Of course this could mess up Sturt's team selection with someone potentially playing half a reserves game then league, or missing out on a game completely.
