Oh, you only won the Champion of Australia cos Carlton had a hard match the previous day and lost a number of players thru injury.

So that's the reason we won it - sorry for thinking that we actually earned it???

What will be your next pathetic anti-North post?

so ur saying we havent a chance this year?

i think we have a real chance to start showing some dominence , as long as its consistant, we will give it a real shake.

an imposing forward line with wundke back with premiership experience is awesome, ive always rated him. luke ivens will prob take a few games to get back into the swing of things but will bring in more experience and depth to our defence. really happy elstone and bennet have come into the side to add to an already impressive midfield. having gilly all to ourself is great and he adds unpredictability , also headaches for opposition coaches because his hard to match up on, flexability also.

the group pretty much apart from tapscott has had a year together with the new style of healy so we should really be getting used to one anothers habits onfield.

motto this year for mine is consistancy!!

North will be around the mark, if they dont have yet another horrid run with injuries but you can say that about all sides. Alot more balance with the Roosters this year and a lot more discipline being shown already than last year. If guys like Alleway, Wundke, Gill and Younie have good years up forward there is going to be alot of goals scored. On the down side, I expect Stewart, Sloane, Davis and co to spend a fair time in the AFL. Interesting times ahead, oh yeah and thanks Mal Brown for the spit the dummy back in 72 but class won that game from one side not injuries from the other ;)
