LOL Obviously you do, if it is true. Might just give some ammo to your opponents next week.
1. wouldn't getting the right to go straight in the GF be enough ammo in itself.

What exactly was disgraceful about it? O'Hara's brain fade? Gee I really hope you're not complaining about the umpires, you should be sending them choccies. More.
Utmost respect for the Dogs (players anyway) - they just keep coming and persevere like no team in recent memory. That said I'm not shattered by the effort the Blues put in today, anyone who claims they choked either didn't see the whole game or are quite delusional. It was one of those fantastic tight games where both teams were in with a shot right to the end and if the quarter didn't go for 31 bleedin' minutes (WTF!) the result would have been different.
And, er, let's not play the 'we had our champions out' card. Chambo, Nelson & McLeay might have been handy inclusions too.
Anyway, well done Dogs. Think the ones with the biggest worries now are the Bays!

bayman wrote:what a great game & physical contest & i doubt very much sturt can recover mentally to win next week, central well lets face it they are like port used to be, they are never ever beaten & you must play out the whole game to win, as for those that called sharples' 2 goals a disgrace it was the correct decision & furthermore had the umpire had the balls there could have well been a third kick given, most people give the gowans' callinan (not that he played today) etc most of the plaudits but the way i look at games is if big buckets went down injured that would be the biggest blow of the lot & as he came back on the ground as time on started in the last term it also changed the direction of the match
as for next week to be the best you have to beat the best & yes we can & should win

What's the lowdown with this post game incident being mentioned?
Sturt supporter attempted to follow the umpires down the race, not sure how close he got.

Okay. No microphone though. So Bays supporters are lip readers? Or maybe the Dogs are getting to you already.

It might have been a bit soft,. but O'Hara should have never given the ump the opportunity to call the free. Pointless thing to do, has to be more disciplined.

Will give a special mention to my villian Sharples though 'cos as critical as your's truly was about his final quarter in the corresponding game last year, he almost won it today with his two goals, his spoiling from opponents in the air and his impressive shirtfront on Gowans near the end of the game - who would have thought such a little bloke would be able to knock so much wind out of him but to Gowans credit he did get up and play on.
Centrals know how to turn it on come finals time and Glenelg will have to be at their best to beat them next Sunday and as for us, the pressure will be on against the Eagles.
