I don't think Slater will play for the Power and will line up for the Eagles despite not being named for them orignally and I don't know that Burton is a certainty to go up to the Crows side, they might replace Tyson Edwards with Richard Douglas.

I don't think Slater will either. I think he will be commentating on the ashes :)

Interseting point- Eagles have now used well over 40 players this season. We can never seem to settle a side down.
Not conducive for consistent football as we have seen!

Hopefully another good Eagles V Dogs clash this weekend. Congrats to Cicca on his 200th game, got a good write up in the Messenger yesterday, hopefully for their sake..Broady and Salts get a run down at Footy Park. Burtie is an interesting one, based on last weeks game you wouldnt think he was ready for an AFL game yet, but as he showed in his comeback game a couple of weeks ago he is capable of anything.
The final make up of the side could be interesting..depending on how many/if any of the AFL guys get sent back...Ron once again shows he isnt afraid to blood the youngsters, good luck to Byron Sumner if he gets a game...looks to have alot of talent. A good chance this week with Pass out and possibly no Salter for Adam Grocke to take the game on and show he can do what he has done in the two's the last couple of weeks in the A's.
It will be a tough game and Centrals have some strong in's but can't pick against my side..Eags by 1!
Big Phil...good weekend for you...cant loose!!!
Trust the process.

I think Grocke (or the body to his female fans ) showed in the seconds last week he can play either as a CFF moving up the ground to attack the ball(which we all knew).Or as a spearhead at Full forward .
Pretty sure the Eagles will not line up as listed Goldsworthy on a HBF dont think so ;)

Yes, it's a win / win situation for me this weekend...

But in saying that, of course I'd rather see my first team win... ;)

yes congrats to Cicca.....great player...hard as nails...and very elusive......fantastic clubman!

I think at least one of our AFL boys will come back...maybe Salter?....but I hope he does get a game for the Power....

tough game this...but on paper Centrals look too strong.....still Eagles by 2 pts.....

According to the Crows web site, Brett Burton comes into the Adelaide line up for Tyson Edwards so will not play for the Eagles at Elizabeth.

The Power have finalised their line up and Matthew Broadbent has finally earned his much overdue AFL debut and Nick Salter has also made the final cut so that probably helps the Dogs.

I think with more unsettling, wholesale changes for the Eags, I'll tip the Dogs by 6 or 7 goals now...

Hi everyone

With four games on at the same time and just two radio broadcasters the Central v Eagles game is one that misses out.

For those that can't get to Elizabeth and want updates LIFE FM 107.9 ( http://www.life.on.net) will be crossing to Phil Aspinall (aka BIG PHIL) pre-game and at the end of every quarter.

We will also provide regular score updates every five minutes or so during the quarters.

Cheers
