Most report incidents are unnecessary, and some like Coad,s are as a result of the retaliator being pinged.

Gills tackle was not a spear tackle, it was a fearsome tackle and had the unfortunate result of a Sturt player being knocked out. If it ends up being a report sobeit, I think if you are a Sturt supporter I would be more worried about what happens when your runners are shut down. Lucky Leo Chambers is up in your forward line to do some damage

With the Sturt players arms pinned.....ummmm......what do you call that tackle then Locky??? :-w
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

Please don't lock it... I'm home tonight and with only the Power/Bulldogs game on TV, I'll need something to entertain me!

ahh a player that is too slow and unaware of what is around him, out of all the footy i have played and that i now coach, i was always taught and i teach my players to make sure the arms are pinned, if not, it could be an easy hand off to a running player that could result in a goal. FFS we are not playing primary school footy here, perhaps a few Sturt players could take some lessons today instead of abusing each other

Get over it , you were beaten by a better team on the day, to say North are not in the hunt is hilarious and a very very bad case of sour grapes.

whatever happened to winning and losing gracefully and showing respect?

Sturt have been really good this year but North seem to have our measure after the first game and now have us mentally wrapped around their finger after today's effort (or lack thereof).

I didn't see nor hear the game today but the banter about "bags of goals" and how "bad" Chambo is is just purile and so unusual. If I want to read "your team is better than my team" garbage I'll go to Bigfooty.com.

I think it might be some pay back for the way Strut supporters carried on last week, after beating the Dogs when they didn't have a fit bloke on the bench after 15 mins. I guess it's a case of winners are grinners, the rest can please themselves.

p.s. Chambo does look average against North alot of the time. Does that mean North aren't that bad?

Interestingly speaking with one of the North fans on this site this week, he didn't seem at all concerned about today's result, believing Sturt are one of those teams that North can nearly always beat ... I'd had some reservations but still punted on the Roosters today and was surprised by how easily they appeared to take the choccies.
