Although her father was horrified when we got together (16 years ago yesterday) when he found out I was a Centrals player, was playing under age at the time, as he remembered what young footballers got up to when he was young.
Our daughter was made a member of the CDFC the day she was born and I got a photo of her in the premiership cup last season. I'm eternally delighted my daughter was born in a premiership year - made it all the more sweeter for me.

In the AFL, I'm a Pies man and the missus is a Crow and never the twain shall meet.

You could have had half a dozen kids DW, and each one could have sat in a premiership cup.

My missus was kind of a Centrals supporter but was never really that into them. She came over to the Blues when we started to go to footy every weekend. No conversion necessary.
Somehow she chose Freo in the AwFuL  Geez thats painful

My wife goes for the Crows and didn't really care about the SANFL, but would call herself an Eagles supporter if someone asked. She even went to the 2004 GF without me (I couldn't make it cos of cricket) and will come to a couple of games each year and the GF if we make it.

Mum's from Sydney but on Dad's side we've never had a family member support another SANFL club since my Great Grandpa arrived in Adelaide from Victoria in the early 1920's.

My Mrs follows Nwd, but couldn't tell you if they won or lost or where they are on the P/ship table, she's one of those supporters. Thou if Nwd beat my Eags she has a knack of finding out and giving me stick.
We're having a fight over which club our 2yr old daughter will follow.........she often gets the daughter to come up to me and say "go Legs" just to piss me off.
We do go to Nwd v Eags once a year and thats it for her for the year.

When we were going out b4 we were married she went along to a game at Oval Ave and fell asleep on the grass, was a nice sunny day. Anyway it was a TV game and have it on tape, every time camera pans past there she is sprawled out on the lawn.

Fort Battle-Axe enjoys anything that gives me grief.
So she's pretty much a Norwood girl at the moment.

She is a Magpie supporter in the SANFL :D and shes a Power supporter in the afl  although she is sort of a part time Bombers supporter just as long as there not playing the power.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

My missus hates football.... she LOVES soccer though...

... naturally I tried to get her into football by taking her to Sturt games, but she's only been to two matches, one against North where we lost by 10 goals and she was hit in the head by the football  and one against Central Districts where she sat in the Bradman Stand knitting while the Dogs pumped us by over 100pts.

Suffice to say I don't let her come anymore... though I must admit, she is planning on coming to the Sturt v West game at Waikerie, so notch that down as a huge bloods win!

Missus used to be a Norwood Fan, and she was educated to follow the Eagles around 1989. Attended The Final Encounter in 1990, and Cheered the Eagles without any hesitation over the line in the 93 GF. Would say she now is more keen on Womens Football (shopping) which suits me fine.

Mrs Jimmy follows her parents and follows Sturt and the Crows although she thinks I think she barracks for Collingwood

She loves rugby. Always travels with me to New Zealand, South Africa and HK to watch, but never goes to the game. Always says that shes tired and that I can use her ticket for one of my local mates, but seems to be at the pub with all of the other wives til dawn.

A true quality, sporting wife........

Does love going to the nags though
