It annoys me too Dutchy, the unfairness of some teams getting around it and others sticking to it creating an uneven playing field and as long as that continues people like me will keep banging on about it.

It came from a Board Member at a SANFL club so they probably wouldn't know anything about it would they? It's much the same story as the brother-in-law of the seven time premiership player at CDFC who told me his family member had only re-signed with the Dogs after receiving $5,000 cash. He wouldn't know anything either I'm guessing.

I guess they're all just lying though. Centrals would never do anything against the rules.
