Will you stop being so bloody negative Holden78 and just get on with the job of supporting our great club. My mother once said if you don't have something positive to say its better to say nothing at all.

We will beat West, we will play finals and at our very best a GF isn't unrealistic.

Sweet dreams holden78 and as your mother said stop eating your showbag lollies before bedtime eaglehaslanded or you will become delusional...

Probably the reason why so many people are in favour of a Top 4.
A side that spent 80% of the season in the bottom 2-3 doesnt deserve to be in the finals let alone win one.
Probably the best result for the Eagles, a decent finals run would make the task difficult for the club to make the hard decisions, at least the Eagles can start preparing for next year now

Good call Jim. We have a few hard decisions to make, or being made for us with retirements, maybe draft (Sumner).
Think a lot of other sides, esp Port and South, have more upside than us at the moment for next year, but obviously a lot or recruiting and stuff before next year.

Can the jealously be any louder?

22 seasons as a club, no wooden spoons, 3 premierships, 8 GFs, 18 finals campaigns, only club in 2012 to increase home match attendance figures, 2012 club record paid memberships, only club to maintain attendances for season from 2011 to 2012.

Very Proud of my club - disappointed re today - now planning for 2013

Good Luck to the 4 teams left in the race to glory.

We are very proud that YOUR club's first captain was an ex-Woodville player :D

We're the club that have earnt the respect of the most dominant club ( this century ), no one else, especially Deadja mob of TARTS ;)

This was a awful season where the Coach, Footy dept. and Players made poor choices consistently and never had the real quality of

recruiting to make a difference when it was required.

We got maybe more than we deserved finishing 5th, that's how far we have dropped of the pace with player quality!
