West were disappointing today, as they were two weeks ago, but at least u made it, also clearly the second best team this year.
Amazed at how many Dogs fans are whining, geez get over it... ending the Dogs dominance is what the league needed.
Anyway, not all GFs are show pieces, but if you win, its sweet regardless.
"amazed at how many dogs fans are whining"....should be easy to quote a few examples then???
I'm still waiting as well...
Congrats Norwood best team all year... (b@st@rds)...
A lot of my mates are Legs fans and they're certainly letting me know about how good they are... Good on them too, winners are grinners...
Plenty there... read the thread...

It used to be 10:45am (for 11 start) once a year.

I don't find it remarkable Scrappy given that West have only played in 17 GFs and have now lost 9. That means that Norwood have been Westies conqueror in two of the nine. Given that they lost to Port 5 times between 1954 and 1962, to North in 1991 and Central in 2003, that means that they have only lost to four clubs in Grand Finals.
What I find much more remarkable is that Norwood has never beaten North in a Grand Final and that those two clubs have only ever played each other 3 times in a Grand Final, given that Norwood has played in 36 GFs and North 29, easily the second and third most Grand Finals played by any of the SANFL clubs.
