Should be tossed out and umpires should be fined for creating a nuisance to the tribunal

If he was not reported at the time for the incident (not sure if this was the case or not?) then it has nothing to do with the umpires. It must have been spotted by the Incident Review Panel...
Do you know what Bennett did, prowling panther?
