Why does the link refer to ...../sport/afl/......

If it doesn't involve that competition, shouldn't it be .../sport/AUSTRALIAN RULES FOOTBALL... or .../sport/SANFL...

Phuken hate this game being refered to as afl.

good point!

You must be kidding if you think what Kane did to Gallagher was a decent bump? We all love tough, hard and uncompromising play but what most (including the tribunal) saw was a sniper act with only one intent. Any wonder why the Norwood players remonstrated at the time and then did not shake hands with Kane after the game? If you seriously think the SANFL does not want the Eagles to make the finals simply because they suspend your players for gutless acts then the joke is on you.

what is happening to me? I agree with a Norwood supporter!

Kane's action was one of stupidity & one he will regret forever.

A fair decision and a suitable punishment.
I also agree with another public comment that Kane should go play country football. The Eagles are a well respected club and can well do without an arsehole like that. Can this guy play football anyway ? You don't get too many good players that are rejected by Glenelg !

Spoken by a supporter who follows a team who has in the past included such clean players as Wynne, Balme, Pike, Kelly and McIntosh. You can't possibly be serious with hanging this bloke for one bad bump that a lot of players have been done for in the past and no doubt will again in future? He got what he deserved so why single him out as an arsehole? Personally Parry's elbow to Mayes head 2 rounds ago was worse and he also got 4. What little useless advice have you got for him - whoops sorry forgot Mayes plays for North and is not one of your precious little Redlegs so that makes it alright I suppose in Parry's case?

We had 3 ex-Glenelg win premierships last year! Kane has done pretty well this year IMO.

Point me to a post where I argued the Parry incident. On the contrary I had noted that he was lucky to only get 4.

Not even the most one-eyed Norwood supporter would argue with most of the suspensions he received, so what's your point?
