It's about professionalism and being aware of your audience. As a listener, I'd expect a degree of even-handed treatment of all 9 clubs. If teams who make the finals get extra exposure at that time, fine, but the extra exposure seems to be year-round.

Unfortunately, the perception is that if there's a spot to fill, it more often than not it comes from the same source.

That's also fine, but if the listening audience gets bored by it, some of them stop listening.

Dont all 9 clubs have different amounts of supporters, therefore if their aware of their audience they will have players from the clubs with more supporters more often than players from clubs with less listeners.

Except that's incorrect, whufc.

Someone on the show must be a Norwood supporter, as they actually get as much as Centrals.

Port supposedly have the largest supporter base but I'd suspect they appear least often, followed by North, West, South and the Eagles.

That's RPH's prerogative and I'm just making an observation, but I've gone from a supportive listener to hardly bothering any more.

Could have had a special comments man from Westies though ;) Would be good to have a neutral perspective to play devils advocate.

No worries, Phil, you're excused this week :D

Just for the future, though, to save posts, just let me know when you don't have Centrals on ;)

PS: I think you had a Port guest on only about three times for the year?

*BUMP*

Some have been asking whether or not the Thursday Night League Teams Show would be continuing again in season 2011.

While RPH haven't been doing the SANFL Summer Series in the Thursday night slot, I can advise the League Teams Show will be returning.

The first show will start the Thursday night before Round 1, which will be the the 31st of March.

The show will be on at the usual time of 8pm until 9pm on 1197am 5RPH...
