If you have not got the time to read all the posts on this topic nick off.

Before i go i will give you some stats

WAFL destroyed average crowds lees than 2,000 per game

VFL destroyed average crowds of 2,000 per game

VFL Grand Final attendances over the last 10 years half of the SANFL

The VFL is the pseudo AFL reserves competition and in a city with FOUR times the population of Adelaide and can only muster pathetic crowds.

The above stats say it all.

No one gives a rats arse about AFL RESERVES.

We do not want to risk the destruction of the SANFL just to please and benefit two Afl teams..

So once again all you AFL followers stick to your competition and leave us all alone

In other words ya all F@#% OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WAFL AFL reserves don't start until 2014. So how did they destroy the WAFL?

VFL has 14 teams competing so more teams to spread crowds plus the 10 AFL clubs from Vic taking crowds.

SANFL crowds were down in 2012 by about 30,000

Also for half my life I was a SANFL member so maybe take some of your own advice

Actually your VFL theory is off, suggesting that more teams spread crowd numbers (makes them less per game).

In the 70s and 80s the VFA had two division and around teams, with some of the better matches pulling crowds of 8-10,000 and the Grand Finals pulling crowds of around 30,000 (maximum capacity of Junction Oval).

Plus in this era there was 12 Victorian VF/AFL teams (including South Melbourne and Fitzroy).

Escorted out! What happened???!!!

CD v Sturt earlier this year, was escorted from the grounds, for displating Eric. Someone recorded the incident, put it on youtube & facebook, Channel 9 did an interview & the rest is history. Storm in a teacup really.

I did drop off a petition to a port fan for this weeks game. Interesting if true.

Proof port officials want maggies to die if true

Not sure if we can read more into it but...

Channel 9 have announced a 3 year sponsorship deal of the SAAFL - does this suggest the Cows are seriously considering entering their Reserves in Div 1 Ammos?

Let's hope so

Losers of all grand finals will be told to stay put.....

Crows will be the laughing stock of the AFL if they make their Left overs play in the SAAFL just for the sake of playing all in the same team

This would have more to do with Channel 9 trying to re-establish itself as the prime station in SA.
Since Nine bought the station back from WIN there has been a move to employing more staff (WIN's main agenda is cost cutting).
They're concerned about the ground that's been lost to Seven and with the SAAFL being the biggest sporting organisation in SA, it's a great way to connect with a grassroots audience.

Again, where's,the proof that it was confiscated UK? All I've read is a bunch of supposition and innuendo.

Then again, for the gullible likes of you, that's all that's required to feed your paranoia apparently.
