Quite the contrary: your typical surfeit of posts here is far more of a worry. Your recent reticence makes a welcome change. Keep up the good work.

Yes, I think Blacky can add them to his list of front runners.... Shows their character, imagine if they followed South

Geez, I'm glad I posted without even realizing it's compulsory.

thread back on track ...

The Eagles have now set the standard on how to beat the Doggies ... just beat them at their own game.

Also, Roy Laird has set the standard in terms of dealing with a GF loss ... all class and well done.

It's taken you and everyone else how long to have figured that one out?!

As for Centurion...I last spotted him at about the 22nd mark of the last quarter lurking in of those undercover seating underpasses behind the southern goals...

One thing I still can't believe is how much love there was between Dogs and Eagles supporters at the match...not one bad incident I can recall. Both sets of supporters who did the banners high fived each other when they crossed paths after doing the banners...Chris Kendall left the magic word to Craig Parry...several Bays ressies players were cheering for Centrals when I was on my way back to behind the northern goals after doing the banner...and when some shitslinging occured it was left at a bit of banter and colour showing...no agro whatsoever at the match...

Didn't witness any signs of aggression all day, lots of good banter , well wishes before the game , congratulations and condolences after the game.
After the game suprised me more , since it was decided by less than a kick, I would have expected some heated verbal but it was all very cordial.

There was only 1 i noticed it was a funny incident but truth be told the Centrals fans made one of their own sit down and shut up !!! Plus i think he was 80 or older and drunk (and yes he was a fairdinkum pom ;) ) .
Apart from that I was having or did have over the last 2 weeks or so some great chats with the dogs faithful( 1 being a former dogs football manager). Again on sunday so many stopped and talked with me .And so many handshakes after the game I even said to one lady lucky it was us and not Norwood!!

Dogs have never had a football manager.

Maybe we should recruit one from the Foxtel Cup.
