And will be back at the Eagles in 2010.

That's something I heard a while ago actually. Or, precisely, he wanted to return when he heard that Fuller left.

Looks like North may have recruited 20yo B&F East Gambier player Dylan Dempsey. Allegedly he was keen on the Bays originally especially being in their area but he and his family were so unimpressed with the Bays presentation (sounds like Nick Gill all over again) that they looked elsewhere and were referred to North and ultimately were impressed with North's professionalism.

That would mean North would have to pay Glenelg a transfer fee as he's from the Bay's zone?

Nope!!! IIRC, a transfer fee only if he was to play for them before, or was under 19 and in their zone. Any one confirm??

eagles email

The Woodville West Torrens Football Club is delighted to announce to its Members the signing of the following players;

Craig Parry – 3 years

Recruited to the SANFL from WAFL Club Subiaco in 2003, Craig has been widely regarded as one of the leading ruckmen in the SANFL competition, representing South Australia on 3 occassions during his 114 games with Port and South Adelaide.

Aaron Day – 3 years

Originally from Glenelg, Aaron Day was captain of the Glenelg Reserves premiership team which beat the Eagles in the 2009 Grand Final. At 190cm, Aaron is a key position player who has the ability to play at both ends of the ground.

Seb Guilhaus – 1 year

Seb spent the 2009 season with Morphettville Park in the Southern Football League, winning the Mail Medal for this competition. Standing at 198cm, Seb is a genuine ruckman who has played League Football previously with Glenelg.

The WWTFC believes that it has secured three quality key position players who can help take the Club forward in 2010 and beyond. I am sure that you will join me in welcoming these three men to the Club and look forward to seeing them in action at the start of the season.
