refer to last years GF, Hayes takes a mark very late in the game Sodestrom comment "Hayes a boy who grew up on a diet of rugby league is now eating aussie rules"

also refer to Phos Camden coach Wayne Weidamann who after beating Eastern Park early in the season turned to all the EPFC supporters and yelled ***king EAT IT!

Its and inner joke at my cricket/football club with people who i know read this site.

Just read Katrina Gill's article at afl.com. Love the comment relayed by Neil Craig that Callinan is "really keen to play and he assures me he plays well at Skilled Stadium" ;) .

Hope the ball can get down to the forward pocket for him!

Well done BP.

I believe Ian will have an enormous impact on the Crows similar to the bald headed wonder of the Cats in the forward line,
when he gets the ball its either a goal or he has kicked it accurately to another player in abetter position to goal

All the best Wingnut, show the Crows how it should be done.

Cheers,

More hype about Wingnut than T. Walker :) All the best Nutta.

I wonder with Duigan and Wingnut proving being 17 is no longer a pre-requisite for being recruited to an AFL club, will we see more SANFL clubs being pillaged by AFL clubs for mature aged players?

It's great for Ian to get a game but I also fine it really wierd the the crows have picked him. When Ian was picked up as a rookie I thought it was more of an insurance move in case someone got injured whilst the crows were moving towards/into september but as the crows are out of the finals race putting games into youngsters would have to be the smarter move for the crows future.

I hope he goes really well and good to see an upgraded rookie given a game that isn't too challenging. It's only Geelong @ Kardinia Park and tha ;) nkfully their record isn't good at home.

Hope he gets an extended run in the team and not just one game where he will struggle to make an impact then drop him down to the SANFL
