Actually it is $12m over the 3 years with the option of the 1.5m although I would suggest its probably not needed.

Ah can see it now - Jan 2014 - AFL appt recievers as SANFL commission debt blows out to $50m. Plan to sell AAMI from under them to recoup loan. State Govt delay in funding means Port Poer failure stand alone tennant at oval.

Word on the street from with a certain club at west lakes - Adelaide oval won't proceed at that cost. AFL are asking how a refurbishment can cost $535m when they are building a new for $700m. Believe you will find the AFL are investigating Leighs boys club. "the picnic is over". Plus Govt has no money anyway. Never did for this from day one. - Wat a MESS.

You could be right, I wouldnt be surpised if the redevelopment which is not really costed correctly does not happen, Port would probably end up playing there and the Crows would stay at AAMI.
I still think Port should move there now and make it there home. They have smaller crowds and well 20,000 would be better at Adelaide oval than at AAMI. I would head down there for a look as I dont mind watching football there.
