SANFL ‘be active’ GRAND FINAL ENTERTAINMENT
AAMI Stadium will be awash with colour and excitement this Sunday for the SANFL ‘be active’ Grand Final.
Along with three exciting football matches on the day, supporters will be able to enjoy a range of entertainment in and around the grounds starting from 9am.
AND DON'T FORGET THE FLARES!!
9am MACCA’S CUP GRAND FINAL – Glenelg v West Adelaide
Halftime – AFL Auskick Grid Games
Noon – RESERVES GRAND FINAL – Sturt v Port Magpies
Halftime – U13 SANFL Cup Knockout Cup Competition Grand Final
From noon, LifeFM will be broadcasting its pre-match program outside the stadium (near Gate 4) where supporters can watch live interviews and receive SANFL giveaways.
Tribal flame-throwers and face-painters will also be around the grounds from noon onwards.
From 12.30pm, supporters will arrive at AAMI Stadium to the sounds of Adelaide’s best multicultural performing groups. These include the International Revival Gospel Choir, the Christ Redeemer Ambassadors and the ever-popular Burundian Drummers Club of SA.
This year’s LEAGUE GRAND FINAL pre-match performers are:
SA Pipes & Drums
The South Australian Pipes & Drums began in April 2003 in response to an invitation from the Director of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo to perform at the event in August of that year. Since appearing at the Tattoo, the band has been in constant demand to perform their distinctive style of ceilidh music at concerts and street parades.
Brighton Secondary School Choir
The Brighton Secondary School (BSS) Concert Choir is one of the most sought-after school choirs in Australia today. The Concert Choir has performed in major international concert venues such as St Martin in the Fields London, York Minster, Worchester Cathedral, Ely Cathedral in the UK. Papal’s Palace in Rome, St Nicolas Church in Czech Republic, Vienna Town Hall, Beijing and Shanghai Conservatorium. The Concert Choir will be performing in Shanghai and Rome in November.
3.10pm – LEAGUE GRAND FINAL – Central District v Norwood
Halftime - SA School Footy ‘Parade of Champions’ and U14 AAMI Cup Knockout Competition Grand Final

Is anyone going to sing the national anthem or will it be the Julie Anthony recording?Squawk wrote:That is a pathetic line up of 'entertainment'. No effort has been made whatsoever. Has the entertainment budget been redirected to Port Power?
How about asking Dogs fan Jimmy Barnes and Legs fan Paul Kelly, to put something on?
