Norwood, of all clubs should remain silent about the 19th man fiasco. They were guilty of the identical breach at the start of the 4th quarter of the 1982 second semi final against Port. It was huge news for a day and there were calls for Port to take it to court, but John Cahill quashed that suggestion by saying that he would hate to win a game that way.
The next week was the Granger vs Glenelg game and that took over the headlines and Norwood's 19th man breach was never mentioned again.
What a difference social media makes.

The club didn't mention a thing. The important thing is you didn't bite. ;)

North 18s have been good all year but Glenelg 18s have nine ins from the game against North in July, all quality top ups (State players, A grade country premiership players and the cream of our college kids).

I'm not going to be surprised if we get the chocolates.

North will have goods ins too though.

Will be a cracker.

Jakob Ryan to play his last game in Glenelg colours tomorrow

Nearly a late scratching from Norwood today - a few North supporters tried to maim Matt Panos or offer him laxatives ;)
Naw, from all of his work colleagues we wish Matt all the best on Sunday. May he have a blinder no matter the actual match result.
Matt is an incredibly nice person, as well as being one heck of a player... definitely my equal-favourite non-Central player, alongside Jonno Beech.
Am blessed to know these two wonderful young men.

The weather gods are favouring the Redlegs at the moment.

I am probably wrong, but I think only two teams, Sturt and WWT, have won a GF after losing the qualifying final.

Looking forward to a good game.

Sturt 76’ and 2017 (IIRC) and Eagles 2011 only instances I can recall

With our combined tipping so far, we better not buy a lottery ticket this week, Stampy ;) - well done on the U18s though
