Hansen out is a bit surprising, although admittedly i haven't seen Sturt since they played at Noarlunga. A game in which he missed with injury. Enjoy his battles with Rose.

Would expect Irra and Haines to drop out the selected side. If Haines does play it'll be his first league game for the season i think.

Surprised Hansen is out. Maybe not in career best form but finals would surely have brought out his best, which is very good indeed

Let's all hope for a South v Central Grand Final, no other clubs deserve to be there.

And of course you wouldn't think that this years minor premier and runner up from 2015 would be worthy.

Every club that voted Yes is not worthy.

Currently raining, looks like it will clear though. Should be able to gauge ground conditions from the first final.

Think we can do it. Have been in good form and we at least have a small amount of finals experience.

South by two goals.

If the rain stays around which side will it suit more?

Wee have done well in the wet this year. I think you have as well. As befits a qualifying final, an even contest there to be won on the day.

South Adelaide - The team that disappoints it's supporters more than any other ( that includes my team lol)
Straight sets on the cards and another waste of a season......

Yep I feel for them and especially thinking they could go out in straight sets to a team they stood up to and didn't want in the comp. The rest of our clubs should hang our heads in shame

At the end of the year similar to the last few South and Centrals are the only winners. The rest are pathetic.

Sturt too good, well done to them. Mattner deserves credit for turning around the result from a month ago in such a manner.

South kicked the opening couple of goals as the Blues butchered their chances, and from there on it really was an 'arm wrestle' for the first three terms. Felt as though South had more of it during the second but couldn't capitalise, while Sturt had the ball a lot in their forward half during the third but couldn't hit the scoreboard. Less than a goal in it at 3/4 time, but Sturt appeared to have more run in their legs, South unable to break a line during the third term. 6 goals to 2 in a disappointing final term.

LIddle probably South's best. A real workhorse with 17 touches and 13 tackles. Rose got a lot of it. Eddy wasteful with 3.3 in another great battle with Stephens. Too many blokes let themselves down with their disposal. Not too many passengers for Sturt.

Tyson Brown lasted 5 mins before pinging his hammy, while Hitchcock was on and off with a crook ankle in a game he'd rather forget. Gotta feel for Brown, a local lad who has been on the list a long time and battled countless injuries, and was finally having some luck with his body until today.

190 tackles overall and 10 goals to 3/4 time would suggest it wasn't the greatest game to watch as a neutral, but at least the scores were tight.

Hard to see South challenging now, today was bitterly disappointing :? Pretty much the worst case scenario next week..taking on a full-strength Ravens. **** i hate these games.

Chin up, South fans. The Eagles were comprehensively outclassed in the 2011 QF and won the premiership three weeks later.
