Handy in for Mallala next year, if he returns home.
Why's he finishing?

Got dropped to the Reserves this week, that may have something to do with it

Mitchell and O'Brien finishing up with North with the possibility of the Thring boys as well. The teams in fighting is likely going to have a few players leaving North next year. Other SANFL clubs have been chasing North players for weeks.

I heard that he signed at the start of the year on the premise that if he got dropped he was out of there. Was a rumour about 6 weeks ago that he was going to get dropped and head back to Mallala for their finals tilt. Obviously Sturt waited until it was too late for him to qualify.

What utter rubbish.

Bruggerman played reserves on Saturday because he had informed Sturt during the week that as he could no longer commit to playing League football next season due to work commitments. With an eye to the future Sturt played a rookie in his place for the last game against North Adelaide.

From what I hear Bruggermans game against Adelaide the previous week was close to securing him a reserves game anyway.

Tim Webber may be an out for NFC in 2016.

Jimmy has certainly left Norwood - quit early this week.
