I am again staggered that Griggy is traveling emergency for crows. What is the point of that
Now that boggles the mind he has to have a full game somewhere surley

Is this from a Norwood or Adelaide perspective?

I speak for griggy himself.even though he would be playing against us. I dont see the point of not playing if he could be in the mix for finals for the crows. If they make it. no game for adelaide reserves next week.

It would be better for football in South Australia if he doesn't play. Crows know best.

Just got back from Noarlunga and watching on tv. Two questions. What is going on with the Parade turf? Surely not up to AFL standards the Ravens boys would surely demand? And is there actually ANY representation from the SANFL's most supported team? The silence is deafening

Had a kick before the game and whilst firm the ground is in good nick even though it appears differantly

Very bizarre move by the Crows tonight. A large number of Norwood supporters congregated near the tunnel and were giving it to them as they came of the ground, instead of walking straight off the players stopped for a good 20 or 30 seconds and let the crowd get stuck into them.

Round 18 - Norwood v Adelaide @ Coopers Stadium (Sat T 23/8)

On to the game itself, was over as a contest about 10 minutes into the game. Norwood had 5 goals on the board before the Crows got their first. Crows over used the handball and kept handballing themselves into trouble. Norwood got numbers to the contest and tackled and harassed ferociously often forcing the error. Crows made a lot of simple mistakes and skills were fairly ordinary. The two big boys up front in Newton and Davis had a field day with both having 4 at half time. Newton ended up with 6.0 and Davis 5.2. K Mac and Chippendale also had very good games.
For the Crows, Crouch was head and shoulders above anything else they had and I cant understand why he isnt playing harder. Graham was very good in the Ruck but everyone else was fairly poor. The Crows attitude stank, several players sulked and moped around game, Johnstone and Petrenko especially were not even remotely interested. Disappointing we put the cue in the rack and didnt turn a 9 goal halftime lead into a 100 point hiding.
On the crowd, could hear a pin drop when they scored a goal, went for a walk at 3/4 time around the ground and counted 43 people wearing Crows paraphanalia, no doubt there was a few more around the place but would be really suspeised if 200 were Crows fans. Bumped into a lady I used to work with and she couldnt understand the hatred and venom from the crowd tonight, she has been to plenty of games this year but thought tonights was the most abusive she has witnessed.

Really there should be some sort of yearly prize for abusing Crows players/fans/CEOs.

Actually heard at the Eagles game today that they're considering pulling out due to the abuse they're copping and that Harper may have said as much at an SANFL Club meeting this week.

It's the sort of thing a pathetic club (I use the term loosely) like the Crows would do.

Did you watch the game. Crouch had a heap of it but it was one of the worst 35 touch games i have seen. He was terrible.

I was at the game. Yes he turned the ball over a bit but he was still their best by country mile. Got a heap of little dinky kicks and overused the handball but atleast he had a crack and was willing to go in and get it unlike most of his team mates. And I still think he is better than a few of the guys who played in Hobart yesterday
