The only change I can see is South pinching the Dogs or Eagles spots in the 5.
I think North are a bigger chance to miss the 5 than the Dogs, they have lost alot more from last years side.
Despite the Dogs terrible terrible finals performances they still comfortably finished 2nd in the minor round.
As we beat the Dogs by 88 points in the 1st semi and the dogs are losing players left, right and centre you'd be assuming that North have lost over 100points of talent a game and noone that has stayed improves.
Although we've lost nett talent Francou's coaching is always improving us, never liked him as a player but he's easily the most impressive coach I've seen at North since Nunan.
The dogs are losing players but a closer look will show you only 2-3 of them had any decent impact on the league side, the rest barely got on the park or were fringe at best last year.
You beat us in a one off final (that was a shite day for me) but don't let it hide the fact you finished the minor round a fair few games behinds, which is what we are talking about, minor round positions.
Are people at North quickly forgetting the outs, you have lost the best big man in the comp, 2/5 best midfielders in the comp, and arguably one of the best key position players in the comp. At this stage they have been replaced with players whose ability in the SANFL is unknown, we have seen more than our fair share of ex AFL footballers flop at SANFL level.
I hope North go alright, they always play an entertaining style, I enjoy prospect oval and they have a good bunch of supporters but the 4 big loses are massive and I don't think to many if any SANFL clubs could cover such big outs.
