I think the Eagles and Centrals will drop. Early days yet though.

I feel almost certain that We will improve on 4th, last year was a bad year for Us in many ways, lots of long-term injuries & personal issues for the coach. All resolved now.

Will be interesting we have definatly loss depth, looking at the loses closer we have loss from the league side last year

Eddie (big loss)
Hannah (big loss)
Menzel (was good early but missed more games than he played)
Gowans x2 (both had there worse season at club)
Marschall (brilliant first half terrible second half)

Hearing really good things about new recruit Potter.

Roy issues resolved, Thommo is no longer living at hospital as he was for a long period of last season.

Should see alot more of O'Hara, Dutschke, Obst

We comfortably finished second so even if we drop a little we should still be competitive and make the five.

BUT now we have a fully fit spine & a bloody good one as well. Hardy, Obst, Goodrem, Collier, Sibenaler. We need 1 ruckman to stand up & perform to par.

Didnt lose Tippett .. Willitt's and Brad Fisher will hurt their structures a bit, but really they didn't do a heap neither did the Caruso's, plus they pick up Tuck who should go ok.

Have a good nucleus still.

Throw in Dunne (?), Hynes, Sutherland, hayes, westhoff, o'sullivan and t Boyd to test the depth. We've lost a few and thus far looks like our worst recruiting year ever (purely based on reputations). Hopefully we can recruit some quality before round 1. Also, unfortunately we don't have a fit spine as yet, a number recovering from ops. It just requires those playing to lift a fair bit.

Maybe it's an excuse for poor recruiting at the dogs?

I'm confident the eagles will not slide and more confident they will go up a few rungs.

Only McKenzie and Grieger will be the losses.

Cicolella and Shirley were gone. The former even was a liabilty in many games this year. Toumpas only played a handful of games early on. Eddy was useless the whole time.

We've boosted our firepower up forward (Ainger) which was an obvious problem last year and addressed our depth in the ruck. Allmond will be very useful upon his return, Sumner will start the year on fire unlike last year when he took half a season to get in shape. Kane Mitchell (Power recruit) will play most of hte year with us and will add much needed dash to our midfield.

There's a new Sheriff in town gentlemen

I believe the Audit is done and dusted and the sheriff found that we scraped in by a bees dick and there was nothing illegal

I think you'll find that he has had nothing to do with anything pertaining to 2012 (Boundaries, Club audits) and rightly so considering he was at the Wiggles for most of the year.

A massive excuse from Centrals, South to announce some big recruits very shortly. Centrals to finish 9th, South 3rd! Let it begin!

Confident we will have a good year. Travis Tuck will go ok, he is a very solid looking bloke who will kick goals as a midfielder and Mangan might be an unpolished gem who will play a variety of positions.

Keeping Fergusson and Tippet was huge for us.

Both Caruso boys were down on form in 2012 and with Daniel Webb back from injury and away from the Power he will help cover the loss of Brad Fisher. Ben Fisher missed a fair bit of footy last year and wasn't at his best.

Willits is the one we have not covered and ruck is somewhere we have not improved. Hopefully Peter Nelson has another big pre season like he did last year where he improved out if sight. Only played about 8 games but showed a fair bit. One of my favorite players at the club

Just going through the "official" ins and outs, the number of interstate recruits looks pretty good. Some handy players in there also.
