Do people think with the Jurrah and Power situation that the Crows will up the anti even further to have their own 'reserves' side.

Though in essence they did use WAFC and Tippett for something similar.

Is that rumour or fact that the Crows paid part of Joel Tippetts wage?

I wouldnt have a clue what they did or didnt pay him, but its pretty much FACT they worked with the WAFC to ensure Joel Tippett woud play his football and cuddle his older brother in Adelaide.

Im sure they did try and make things easier for him to move to Adelaide. I think Joel would be a little annoyed at Kurt as I think the Joel would have been seleected by either Port or Adelaide on his own merits if the crap didnt hit the fan.
