Could be the opposite - the others thinking about abandoning the ship may take Cicca's move as a signal for them - McKenzie for one? Also if it was the last game of the year and his final game then maybe. Clutching at straws if the Eagles need his retirment annoucement at seasons end to inspire them 4 games out!

I don't think the Cicca announcement was done to inspire us to a win. If we play our best footy that will be good enough to beat North's best. Simple as that !!!
