Not sure 1st year recruits to SANFL clubs are eligible for selection hence why Batsanis, Milne and the like aren't named.

So why is Nason named then? :?

Played 2 games for Centrals in 2009 after your mob gave him the DCM....then went to Richmond for 2 seasons.

Didn't Batsanis play for the eagles a few years ago when drafted by the power?

Maybe he shouldn't be classed as first year recruit.

Has Ty Allen, had a good season so far? I didn't really notice him against South, but that was the only game I've seen him play this year, besides a trial.

If Batsanis couldn't be picked because of having to wait a year why did Rowe say the squad was picked without restrictions?

He earned it tonight. BOG by a mile. Slow start to the season and his past reputation might have got him selected but gee he showed why he is the top 10 players in this competition.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

They can make exceptions like they have done before, they obviously think Batsanis is not worth making the exception!

From a West point of view, I am staggered that Ferg has made the team before Hartlett. Hartlett has clearly been our best player this year. Daniel Caire, maybe the most under rated player in the SANFL, is also very unlucky.

Yep same here, this will be almost the least representation Central have had in the state side in a very long time.

I can't believe Kory Beard is not in that squad he has been by far Ports best player this year and IMO is possibly the best Centre Half Back in the competition that I have seen so far
