Top effort gentlemen!
With a couple of action photos in the next couple of issues, (hint, hint) this will surpass The
Budget in all facets.

Well done to all involved with this. Would be a lot of work involved and certainly deserves to be a paid service.

Having said that, with this as well as other forums on the SANFL popping up, it's taking a lot of quality contributors away from this site which is a pity. IMO it was much better and easier to get all information and opinions by just logging into safooty.net and coverage of the SANFL online is poorer for being spread across various parts (just my opinion - nothing against those who have put time into starting up new ventures).

Well FOOT-e TIMES will be accessible on this site

Indeed in each issue is a "Media Watch" that lists all online articles (Messenger, Clubs, Local Footy SA etc) so its all here.

Hopefully if this newsletter becomes a bit more maintsream it will introduce new people to the site.

I was wondering about that...have you guys had any communication with the people behind the Budget?

I agree with that - even the "Ask Spelly" forum has disappeared!

Personally won't be buying any issues, but wish them well in their endeavour.

well done to all involved in this venture

however I've found on average about 5-6 errors (at least) per issue so far (without really trying - I didnt realise the dogs and the maggies tied their trial game, but there you go) ... makes the footy budget and sunday mail look Pulitzer-prize worthy by comparison.

But ... don't wanna be all nit-picky on a venture by some dedicated contributors though, just always be mindful to stat-check, spell-check and keep the errors to a minimum.
