altitude training is not as expensive as people think, theres a place in the city were i know a couple of clubs in the amateur are having a crack at it and it costing about $15 a session if you sign up for 10 sessions, fairly descent cost if you want to get an edge over the comp

As I understand it this training is being aimed at players who are carrying injuries and therefore not able to train at the usual intensity. It is about them not falling behind rather than a whole team approach like Collingwood's. Important detail that counters a lot of the rubbish written on previous page.
