When Norwood lost their second player Bryce Campbell i thought it was all over for Norwood just bad luck but that is footy it happens.

First Doggies game I've attended as a 'neutral' observer. Must be a pleasure being a Dogs fan and watching that brand of committed, high pressure footy every week.

Didn't think it was a great game overall though. Terrible skills and some dumb decision making. Thankfully Nwd's backline held up ok or it could have been a blow-out.

Just watched the replay of the Sutherland report another absolute joke free kick yes report no another error by the ump will get tossed out.

But it was a charge, and that is a reportable offence, so I think the umpire had no choice.

Well done today Dogs. Pressure is the key to beat Norwood. Was really impressed with our very inexperienced backline. Great game by Justin Hardy and Barmby. This team keeps on surprising me this year. Really happy and proud of the group.

Bad luck to the Norwood guys that got injured. Never like to see any serious injuries especially at this time of the year.

Also good to see Brett Ratten in the crowd in the outer.
