All three competing teams, thus far haven't improved. None are in the five. We won't know, so equally I could say all three would be in the five if they hadn't competed. Nope I wouldn't agree with your logic, I think at the start of year I had at least one of the three in the five, which could still happen.

Eagles very comfortably.

Dogs will struggle to replace Havelberg and kick a winning score. Will be intersting to see who comes in out of Nick White and Matty Westoff maybe even Hynes who is the most like for like out of the group despite being underdone.

There are a few underdone Dogs players and the moment and then a couple who are struggling a tad. Would it be fair to say Schiller is off the boil a tad or is it because of the high standards he set in the first half of the year.

Sutherland and Barmby too come straight back into the side and potential Musolino out with a shoulder injury after coming off and not returning on the weekend iirc.

Dave Haydon also to come back through the reserves if fit despite showing potential in his league games.

From a personal point of view i would like to see Lee Spurr given a crack as a forward, is very very strong overhead, quick of the mark and is a good kick. With Havelberg out i would love to see this happen, i know he had a cracker where he played on the weekend but long term i think this is worth a shot.

Watched bits and pieces of the replay last night, Musolino did in fact return to the field after copping the 'stinger' to the shoulder.

Are we sure that the Berger is out? Not listed on the injury update.
Is Adam Varcoe likely to play this season?

Doesn't mean anything, Central don't always list all their injured players.

Not sure what the deal is with Adam at the moment, last I heard, he did the driver but not sure how far away he is from resuming?

Havelberg wont play this week.

So why bother linking the injury update each week?

With Barmby back this week maybe Roy could push Eddie up forward.

Dogs will get flogged by the Eagles this week...due to Centrals training regime beening ramped up of late...reports of several players vomiting at training...

Also, I was entering the James Place toilets in the city a few days back and inbetween the male and female entrances there is a glass cabinet with shoes inside as well as 2 posters of a male and female model. Does the male model look vaguely like a certain Eagles forward line player???

Oh, and has anyone tried the new hand drying machines in those toilets???

I would have though the Eags & Norwood would also be going thru a similar exercise as well, given that it seems to be part of a tried and tested preparation for a successful finals campaign? Begs the question....are they?

The sniper has been modelling for a few years now. If you want any pics, Wedgie would have some. He has a huge man crush on him. ;)

I'm tipping Centrals to pull off* a remarkable upset win this weekend to launch their run into the finals...

There'd be a lot of Norwood supporters sweating on Ian Callinan playing this week and qualifying for the finals...
