I think they will rest a few.
Dont believe players get paid for foxtel cup, not sure if its true. A player at my local club has been at reserves at port, he played country footy last weekend and got the call up to go to sydney because a couple of guys didnt want to go.

well there is a hell of a lot more money to be made playing country footy than Reserves in the SANFL and for some more than playing league

Dont think its his choice. Wasnt picked in league or reserves so he came back to club. Then the following week he played at SCG. Dont know what he is playing this week

north will win by at least 10 goals & probably 15 goals, i recall a glenelg team playing southport in a trial, i believe southport was the year before premiers while the bays had won about 4 games & ended up winning about the same in this particular year, well the bays beat them easily & took the foot off the pedal after half time...........there is too huge a gap between the competitions.....................if we can get the -36.5 like we did for port last week it'll be another great early christmas present 8) ;)...........not sure whether to go to it or to noarlunga
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Good deals for this game for NAFC members, can either get free tickets to the game as part if their memberships or if they want to save that for another AFL game they can get tickets in the members for $18 for adults and $2.50 for kids.
Or you simply rock up in the last 5 minutes of the Power v Freo game and get in for free!
AFL are certainly looking after us, Ill probably make a day of it and help bolster the Power home match crowd by 5. :D

Yeah, but at that point you'd have to dodge the 20000-odd Power fans going the other way

Without trying to come across the wrong way, is this actually officially the case? Can you rock up after the Port match and get in for free for the Foxtel match or will they be charging for tickets?

Yes it is officially the case, can walk in the game when there's 5 minutes left in the last quarter of the AFL game and any time after that.
