Don't blame us, wouldn't be a problem if you hadn't changed from your stripes in 1980....

We only changed back to our traditionAl design. I thought the original bays guernsey was yellow with a black v, so why can't they use that as a alternate strip?

the v was a yoke

I hoped South would do the same instead of our reverse guernsey and go with the Geelong styled one that we wore initially. I have to agree about the Bays heritage guernsey though, easily one of the best looking guernsey's in the SANFL, would be good to see the club get it out again for another run. I also think that alot could be gained by going back to wearing coloured shorts at night matches instead of white.

Dark blue if we are at home, White if we are away, my point is relevant more towards sides that dont have any White in their colours. If West play Glenelg at Richmond the Bays would wear the Gold Shorts instead of white.

How long has the competition been played under lights?

For the record, I'm not an old git but several times I struggled to tell the players apart. And when I see players kicking directly to the opposition, thinking they are team-mates, there's a definite problem.

Saw Chad spot up a Westies player by himself in the South western pocket and kick straight to him.

i dont think that alot of skill errors on friday night can be attributed to the lights. when you are out on the oval the perspective is totally different. remember as supporters we are sometimes trying to spot what is happening 150 metres away, the players are working in alot smaller confines to that, if they cant tell the difference over 50 -60 metres then they should have their eyes tested!!!

I love everyone.

Why take it so personally. The lights IMO aren't good enough for night footy. Same at Elizabeth, who did the right thing and cancelled their night games there this year.

If North put lights in at Prospect of that standard, I would be thinking the same thing.
