Envious of whom? A club with a better record?

North are 2 wins and no losses in recent years, a better win/loss ratio than Collingwood and Geelong in the same period!
Everyone should be envious! ;)

Not too mention our Champions of Australia win, and our Fosters cup wins in the 80's.

I'd expect West to win. What I can't work out is whether Ainslie rested guys.

My word I did -as I also did with The Maggies. The odds offered initially were too good to refuse. ;)

WTF is the "North East Australian Football League" ???

Another AFL-initiated monstrosity, no doubt.

Correct, it was fine how it was before. But now there are inter 'conference' games mixed up in what was the regular QAFL season.

Is Robert Shirley playing for Ainslie? He might get a warm welcome by some of the West Adelaide supporters.

He played against GWS last week. I'm sure he will, unless injured. They'll need his experience

Yes, I'd think that's the main reason.

A few others are also being rested, so it gives us a chnace to look at Matthew Rankine, Sam Agars, Marc Borholm and others and Scott Blesing's form in the Rserves has been very good and he gets a run.

Quarter Time

West 3.2 20
Ainslie 0.2 2

Goals
West: F Caruso, Fielke, N Caruso.

I think Ainslie is nothing more than SA amateur status and Westies are making far too many errors by both hand and foot.
