soft diet and everything at room temperature to avoid a) burning my numb lip, b) setting off extreme hot/cold nerve pain in my jaw

2500 perhaps?
That's what I thought at the start of the game but wouldn't be surprised to read the figure ending up being closer to 3,000 perhaps?

Agree with the point you are trying to make HP but have we actually seen a final crowd figure from Alberton?
Being a Saturday afternoon fixture there are obviousy local footy and country leagues playing which may detract some supporters from coming to the SANFL.

So, another timeslot that doesn't suit Port Adelaide? How dare the SANFL schedule a Saturday afternoon fixture. Unprecedented.

Sure, no worries, I will call you Hooray Punt as that is your alias, the same as Big Phil is mine, not Maxy...
I'll righfully respect your request as to not abbreviate your name, I'd expect the same in return to ensure that there/their/they're is fairness all round.
Thankyou in advance for your co-operation Hooray Punt.
If we could leave our little off topic discusion for another time and place and get back to reviews of the Port v Glenelg game, I, and I'm sure everyone else on here will appreciate this.
