IF IT GOES THROUGH (yet to be confirmed), the Playford Alive project, through The Land Management Corporation, is a 15 to 20 year project, which in turn will bring about 4,500 new homes to the area, which equates to a s**tload of people, young people with families, up and coming footballers if managed correctly NOW. The LMC almost has a bottomless pit of money, the project must go ahead successfully. it's a new suburb, not a subdivision, shops, doctoes, a new 11 million dollar train station, a 1700 student super school, starting to see my vision?

That wasn't my price.

no, i typed it. The train station will not just be a train station but a T.O.D., a Transport Orientated Development, bus/rail interchange, medium density residential development nearby and an underpass, which will link the project directly to the Main North Road. The quoted price of mine was what i heard at the start of the project. Apparently it will become the 3rd or 4th largest train station in South Australia! Have a look on the website, it's bloody impressive & great for the community.
