I really hope that the winner (if not a dogs player) is Lower, Giles, Zorzi or Allen. Those blokes are the sort I worry about getting the ball at all, not someone I'm happy to see get it.

Last year everyone thought that Allan was going to poll 9 votes in the last 3 matches. When he was leading with 3 rounds to go everyone thought he was home. He only got 2 votes in total from those 3 matches and Archard got 9 votes. Incidentally in the NAFC best and fairest last year, Allan got b.o.g. in the last 3 matches.
I guarantee that Allan won't poll 3 votes in the North win at Noarlunga early in the year. I believe that George Thring played very, very, very well that day.

Thring killed us at Prospect early in the year too, along with Alleway and Gill...maybe they'll all take a few votes from Allen?

Cheap touches - not confusing him with James Boyd are you?
Has led the league in possessions in each of his 4 yrs in the SANFL, won the MM in his first season in 2007, should have polled better in 2008 equal third by one or two votes, runner up last year and was robbed and favourite again this year. With an ounce of luck could have been going for 4 in a row to be honest. Plus he has polled more votes than any other player in the past 3 years - will add to that this year. Yep, cheap kicks alright!

Who hoo!
Now - mod Jas - will we have a "live count" thread going for those who cant access the video stream? (A leaderboard at least?).
