What ever the plan, just make it so the Grand Final moves to a Sat. If there's no public hol for the supporters to celebrate a win, then it has to be Sat arvo.

A night prelim, no worries at all IMO.

Then the 1st and 2nd Semis would have to be played on the Saturday/Fri night, and clashing with AFL finals. This is why the SANFL wont go with it.

I guess they can leave it open depending if the SA AFL clubs are playing finals or not.
