Dogs by plenty with all supporters hugging and playing ring-a-ring-a rosy in a woodstock like atmosphere at the game. No nudity though please, it's too cold and I don't want to embarrass myself

Hate going to Unley....as a long time centrals supporter this is the only ground I feel uncomfortable at and the only ground I have seen trouble.....we always try and get in the grandstand well away from their cheersquad :-s

Unley is a problem because you can't have cheersquads at opposite ends and both Sturt and Central cheersquads like to be behind the goals. There hasn't been a real problem since I've taken over though and I always make sure I have a chat with the Centrals lads during the game. They're all good blokes from what I can gather.

The Central end to end guys have tended to move around to the members pocket a tad as well. The view from directly behind the goals at the Northern End is very ordinary and probably the worse in the SANFL, due to being level to the ground and having the massive net behind the goals.

So they're more members to members now?

Kind of fits in with what I thought anyway. :D

so there will be more police and weslo at the game than a crowd?

how about both cheer squads just get together and have a few drinks and say stuff the footy because the dogs are sniffing finals so they will win by 7 goals.

whufc wrote:Massive danger game for the Dogs, Sturt alot better side at Unley while Central haven't played Unley well in a few years.

Sturts season is on the line, a loss this week and they probably won't make the finals.

For Central i expect Nash and Goodrem to come back in the side which will be a boost.

I wouldn't be surprised with any result this week, i imagine this was a game Central pencilled in at the start of the season as a must improve game.

Eddie Sansbury is available to play this week too whufc.

Message emailed to Mr. Cornes this evening,

"good afternoon Mr. Cornes, I hope that you have had a fulfilled & fruitful day. Sorry for bothering you but I was wondering why you had not brought to the attention of your adoring public, the worrying incident which occurred at Woodville Oval on Saturday, during the Eagles versus Sturt match. Does it not warrant much attention due to the fact that no Central supporters were involved, therefore you can't take the opportunity to kick them like you normally do? Why don't you come to Unley Oval this Saturday to witness the exemplerary conduct of the modern Central Supporter....I, CENTURION, relish the opportunity of sharing an ale or two with you, whilst chatting with you about the positive aspects of our wonderful game, MWAH!!
p.s. Rowey loved my Gummi Bears at Elizabeth recently, so relax & embrace Us, as he has."

I assume this is the e-mail Cornes gave a passing reference to at about 4:35pm this arvo - Rowey commented that Chandler would be on the show later in the show, but Cornes failed to address this geniune question raised to him.
