I would expect Vince to line up for the Eagles again. Shultz, not sure if he is elligible, but i doubt it. Hentschel if fit will play reserves, and we can expect the birdman back in soon too.
I am still worried about our forward structure...so many changes from week to week with the AFL players coming and going makes it difficult to have a settled line up.

North will be hard to beat at Prospect...and remember the last game early in the year...North kicked 1.7 in the first quarter and 1.8 in the 3rd.
If they kicked straight the result might have been different !!

final scores that day were 18.6 to 5.17...so the Eagles accuracy and Norths inaccuracy made a big difference

Side looks better this week.

Am concerned about our form - very poor & in danger of missing the finals now, think top 3 is gone based on our run home.

The jury is still out IMHO on Godden as a coach.

There must be some injury concerns over a couple of players naming 5 on the bench.and will Vince line up for the Crows seeing he injured himself last week .

Not certain If u went last week Loud Eagle .We had no league forward line with no Slater Schulz and Welsh. Now we know Salter and Schulz will not be with us most weeks. But no Welsh no one to go back and shore up the defence.plus with injuries to Stewart, Vince and towards the end after his world record fifth Free cica we were rather behind the bullet.
The side needs to attack more thats what really hurt us last week we didnt attack enough when west went defensive. Also the same old bug bear no pace !!!

Now "GODS" went off Wednesday night when a training drill was not done correctly .
I think more than "GODS" being questioned perhaps our continued lack of recruiting pace and pacey midfielders should be called in to question.
Personally I think latter in the year we will come back seeing Polec and Co will return from the under 18's to add youth and pace.

Strange that people think the Eagles are good things for this game yet have only won 1 game of their last 5....

Godden aint the problem , we all know why the Eagles cant be that much better and until the holes in our player roster are addressed via selective recruiting , well we just have to suck it up and cringe ! We can only hope that Chris Davies is a busy little bee ( re. next season ) even now .

At least with Jarman it was a rollercoaster ride at times, thesedays North are as dead as a wet battery, and stupid me thought this would be an exciting year.

You're not alone there 71/72, there was a lot of us that thought we saw some positives last year and that it would all fall in place in 2010, instead it's all fallen down the crapper!!

Oh well we live in hope Ian, we need to start at the top and work down re our culture.
It's all very nice to be financial etc but we all want a bloody premiership ffs, its long overdue and I thought we were half a chance this year but instead we have gone backwards (literally) this season.

Perhaps Petrenko will be an in after getting dropped by the Crows? Eagles need all the help they can get at the moment. Battle of the out of form teams. Another loss to the Eagles here and finals would be in doubt - let alone any top 3 chance.

I believe that it will be a triple header with the 18s playing after the league at 5pm.
