Did you expect other clubs not to field a league side just because Norwood had better juniors? They still had to put 20 on the team sheet, your post makes no reference to quality...
This is where Centrals junior program helps the club. Any player progressing through the grades knows their role in the team and is able to fulfill that role competently. Plenty of kids in the last 10 years fit that description.
