Oh, there have been numerous lectures over the years towards other clubs, so there'll be hundreds, nay thousands, of posters who will enjoy this regardless of winks and smilies :D :D :D :D

Wouldn't think any amount of fine would be considered much a problem to the Roosters.

Asked a mate the question this morning, which clubs have not "officially" been done for exceeding the Cap since it's inception?

I would guess only Sturt and maybe the Bays?

Close. There's been numerous lectures/comments over the years about ALL clubs as is this one. I cop a hammering for being critical of my club and I cop a hammering for being pro my club. I suppose it goes to show Im somewhere in the middle which is more than most people can claim so Ill take it all as a compliment for being one if the few unbalanced posters with no agenda so thank you all! :D

I was wondering this too, Ive lost track but thought the Bays MIGHT have been done for something but could be wrong.

Please rephrase the question.

Not so much which club/s haven't broken the salary cap, but which club/s haven't been caught?

The reason given was that clubs in the past had used the defence of not being fully aware of all the technical breaches and so on. Norwoods was after the SANFL has supposedly drawn a line in the sand of what they were prepared to accept and what they were not.

My mail was that last year the SANFL engaged a private investagation firm to look at the finances of several SANFL clubs with or without their knowledge (which wasnt clear in the rumour). Whether this is connected to those enquires or not remains to be seen though, its probably a fair while after the fact for that to be the case.

Is this the same club that was bleating about the proposed Magpies/Power merger giving the Magpies an 'unfair advantage' over their competitors?

Ha

Well that rules out the Magpies then!
Perhaps the clubs that's involved's supporters could just blame the other 8 clubs for their issue then? ;)

You mistaking him for the CEO Glenn Elliott Topsy?
Speaking of being able to read.........

And rest assured that unlike most of the clubs in the SANFL that have been caught cheating North will continue to play within the rules mate. ;)

I think I can be forgiven for being one of many who will happily join am Bays to enjoy this to the hilt 8)

*ahem*

Not that I am anti-North, far from it. Good to see they are doing the right thing by others though. 8)

Not sure what's so funny, there are 8 clubs I dis-like equally. ;) ( Well, I do have rankings as such, but I like none of them )

So what would be the punishment?

The loss of coopers as a sponsor might be punishment enough
