I know you Norwood boys haven't got much to talk about, but I think this one's just about run its race.

I'm just waiting for Topsy Waldron to get a mention ;)

I've heard from a very, very reliable source down at The Parade that if Nathan Bassett doesn't perform as coach and he gets sacked that Neville Roberts is very keen to take over...

Can they just sign blokes and not say anyone has left "sure he looks different"..
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Michael Aish is returning under the father son, son father rule. Firstly though he wants an assurance Trevor Roe wont make a come back.

Roe couldn't lace Jesse Aish's boots, let alone Michael's.

Saw Roe limit Aish's impact many times (even when Aish smacked him in the nose). But as to who was the better footballer, agreed that's pretty obvious.

How about Aish smacking Bradley Ryan in the nose, what a hit that was

Had nothing on the first hit.

Fair point about Roe though, he limited Aish's influence easily more than any other opponent.

I assume that is a joke....but then again..Neville Roberts (yeah, he was a joke as a coach) - but - he doesn't owe the club any more does he? Maybe he's got a sniff of the pokie money?

And on a serious note - not even ONE decent signing - really?

Is John Meesen originally from Norwood? maybe I hust remember his affiliation with the club while he was at the crows. I noticed he was delisted from Melbourne and wondered if he would return to the Parade if in fact he was originally from there.
