Indeed he has. North won't be happy they thought they had him.

Who is this "he" we're talking about? Hassan or the mysterious AFL listed player in the OP?
It's all the SANFL's fault.

The other former AFL player on the move may be Jonathon Giles from Central. Found himself back in the magoos a few times this year when behind Griffin and Buckets in the pecking order. Is there much between Griffin & Giles?? Who needs Giles the most - westies - go get him bloods!

The guy is a two time premiership player at the Dogs and while he struggled to find a spot in the league side at various stages throughout the year, Joffa cemented his spot in the seniors at the business end of the season and added another flag to his resume.

If not picked up by another AFL club, which I doubt will happen, Joffa will stay at Central, I'm sure of it. He is a local barossa lad as well...

I think what MT 79 is getting at is there are probably a few players at Centrals not good enough to consistantly make Centrals league side or who can make it all, who maybe are looking at moving. Doubt that you'd lose anyone of significance, especially not ones Roy would lose too much sleep over.

Just like Glenelg have lost a few reserve graders as have the Eagles.

Every club has players who think they are better than they actually are and at season's end they look elsewhere
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Agree, and it has happened to a small extent in a way already...

Sean Brading has left to go to Galwer Central, Ryan Porter and Ryan Appleton to South Galwer and mid season 09 the Dogs had Tod Whiley and Kieran McShane leave the club due to lack of opportunity, in their eyes. It happens at every club, and will continue to do so forever and a day.
