Will it be boring if it's a Norwood v Central GF? 35,000 people snoring their heads off? Not from where I was standing, they weren't! All I could hear was massive singing & chanting! Go knit some red & blue draft snakes over the summer, tool squeezers!!

The last team to beat us was Norwood so its not such a silly thing to say that will be there. Norwood and West will be the big improvers. The Mighty Tigers will be renamed to the Mighty Ducks in recognition of their ducking and diving abilities.

WHy is that the dumbest thing you have ever heard? Why would that effect their efforts in 2010?
The suggestion a training session a few days after a prelim finals loss would effect Glenelg's quest in 2010.. is actually the dumbest thing I have ever heard.
With a reserves side and U/19 side in the finals the club certainly wasn't in "shut down" mode.

It's the dumbest thing that I have ever heard because it is messing with the player's heads. Any player that makes it at SANFL level has reasonable skills or they wouldn't be there. What makes the difference - and this year surely must underline this with so many finals games going down to the wire- is mental confidence and toughness. The day after the bays season went down the tube (after 2 close losses) I doubt the players are in the frame of mind to receive a confidence boost. Greiving takes time. That's why its the dumbest thing I have heard in sport.
