Glad I didn't get overly cocky and book flights in advance.

Massive loss if Chambers doesn't play. I know it's hyperthetical but if yesterdays game was played the same way and Chambers was on the end of Sturts inside 50's i believe sturt would have won comfortably, just my opinion though.

I went to the Roosters v Eagles match and was impressed with both sides and like the Doggies, it was the Eagles who came from behind late in the game to take the biscuits and move into the semi-final. I do feel this game is 50-50 because of the gut wrenching loss the Double Blues suffered later that afternoon. The loss of Chambers will also be a major factor as the match against the Eagles is likely to be more free flowing and open and I'm not sure we'll have the ability to kick a winning score. That said, we've been very good this year in keeping teams, like the Eagles, to low scores.
I really don't know what to expect. Will Sturt show great mettle and win and win well and move back into the preliminary final like last year, hopefully to have a second crack at Centrals? or will Sturt crumble and end their season ignominously as fans fear may happen. At the same time, we can't count out the Eagles, who themselves would love to have a crack at Centrals and oust them from the finals, as having played so many grannies themselves, they'd be an outside chance to go the whole way. I'm really not sure what will happen, but I suppose I have to show some faith in Sturt and pick the boys...
Sturt 11-20...
